Packing: all goods are shipped in fully protective packing materials to ensure that they arrive in the condition in which they left here.

Important: Instruments which are sold or reserved will normally be marked as such. However, if you have come to this site via the cached pages of a search engine, it is possible that the page may have changed since it was cached. Please check on the main category page to be sure the instrument you want is still available, and if still in doubt you can e-mail or telephone me. This applies particularly if you wish to make an instant purchase.
Postage, packing and insurance: Unless otherwise stated on the description, the following rates apply. Shipping is by Royal Mail standard service. Special deliveries or use of other carriers may cost more, but these services are often more easily tracked. I'll get you a quote if you prefer to use another service.

You can pay me using your credit card if you are registered with Paypal. If you're not registered it is easy to do so, although it will take a few days for your account to become functional.. Once you are registered, if you know your shipping costs you can pay instantly; if you don't, then please e-mail for a quote, and then you can come back to this page and pay. If you would rather pay by cheque, postal order, or bank transfer, please telephone or e-mail me for details. Please see below for terms.

Personal cheques from from UK purchasers only please. In most cases I will wait for cheque clearance before shipping. Sorry I can't take Switch or other card payments of that kind but a cash bank transfer is acceptable if you are in a hurry for your purchase, or use Paypal.

Payment from outside the UK in GB pounds only ; cash, banker’s draft, bank transfer, Paypal, or Western Union. I must ship to a confirmed address for purchases paid for by Paypal, and shipping to PO boxes can be a problem with the carriers.

If you are happy with your purchase, please tell others about these pages. If for some reason you are not happy, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt, so that we can resolve the matter to our mutual satisfaction. If you return an item, please do so within 7 working days. In the case of returns, carriage/shipping is not refundable, and refunds will not be issued before the returned item is received.

It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that items returned are securely packed and insured. Refunds will not be given on items which are returned in a condition other than that in which they were sold. In the uncommon event of damge in transit, all packing should be kept pending a claim from the carrier, who will need to inspect it in order to process such a claim.
