Payment methods: Google Checkout is available on some items for UK purchases. With Google Checkout you can pay by credit or debit card and registering is very quick if you aren't already registered. Unless otherwise stated, all goods sold on this site are used. I will be pleased to reserve any instrument for you for a period of seven days, without obligation. Packing: all goods are shipped in fully protective packing materials to ensure that they arrive in the condition in which they left here. Although I don't believe that recycling will have much effect on so-called climate change, I don't like waste and so packing materials will be re-used where possible. Important: Instruments which are sold or reserved will normally be marked as such. However, if you have come to this site via the cached pages of a search engine, it is possible that the page may have changed since it was cached. Please check on the main category page to be sure the instrument you want is still available, and if still in doubt you can e-mail or telephone me. Prices are in GB pounds (sterling) Personal cheques from UK purchasers only please. In most cases I will wait for cheque clearance before shipping. A cash bank transfer is acceptable if you are in a hurry for your purchase, or use Google Checkout where available, or Paypal (please e-mail for this as I do not accept it in some circumstances). Payment from outside the UK in GB pounds only: cash, banker’s draft, bank transfer, Google Checkout. Please be aware that shipping to PO boxes can sometimes be a problem with the carriers. Returns: If you are happy with your purchase, please tell others about these pages. If for some reason you are not happy, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt, so that we can resolve the matter to our mutual satisfaction. If you return an item, please do so within 7 working days. In the case of returns, carriage/shipping is not refundable, and refunds will not be issued before the returned item is received. Returns after the specified time will be considered individually, and will be subject to a minimum 10% handling charge. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that items returned are securely packed and insured. Refunds will not be given on items which are returned in a condition other than that in which they were sold. In the uncommon event of damage in transit, all packing should be kept pending a claim from the carrier, who will need to inspect it in order to process such a claim. |
