Start your own skiffle band with this set comprising a tea-chest bass, two ukuleles, washboard, tambourine, woodblock and beater. The whole lot will pack into the up-turned box; the bass pole comes apart to facilitate this. The string on the bass is an ordinary piece of parcel string but you could of course substitute any other kind you fancy. The ukuleles are budget Chinese models and have had their peg tuners converted to machine heads. The washboard has metal ribs. The height of the tea chest is approximately 16 ½ inches.
