If you have the necessary repair skills to do the job yourself, here is an opportunity to acquire a Scandalli accordion at a low price. It needs a complete overhaul of the innards (some notes stick and tuning may be required) and the bellows need to be made more airtight. The straps are home-made replacements and a new pair would improve the comfort of playing. The plate which sits under the left hand across the bass end needs some adjustment to keep it in place.Even with professional restoration this could still prove to be a worthwhile project for somebody.
