A rosewood fife stamped Kohler and Son. Victoria Street, London. As far as I can make out, Kohler and Son were mainly manufacturers of hunting horns, during the second half of the 19th century. It has block-mounted keys: the bottom one has been removed and the hole plugged. The tail on the next key is broken off. It blows reasonably well but an overhaul of the keys would improve it.
